I'm jonadrian619 from Philippines. As a Warcraft III map-maker for over 4 years now, I have created a variety of maps, and faced the challenges and trials I have gone through just to release them to the known public. When any of my important projects are completed, they are also destined to be placed in this little consortium. As I make more discoveries and gain more knowledge in modding, there will be guides for modding that I will post in the future. For the pinoys, DotA is really not the best medicine nor the best source of entertainment, it is not the only Warcraft III map which is good for you, that's why na parang nakakasuya na ano? Ibahin n'yo naman. Try out other maps as well, including mine too! Over time, I'll also add new features and new content to further increase the overall look and function of the site. I hope you'll enjoy wandering around the site today. Until then, good luck and have fun!

The Sands of Time - January Update

The work for TsoT (The Sands of Time) has begun.

The Sands of Time is a Warcraft III: Frozen Throne Total Conversion mod where Westwood Studios' Dune II will be converted into full 3D using the Warcraft III engine. The game will have new features, new units, and many changes will be implemented to create a new gaming experience.

For the meantime, I'll be creating and drawing the whole User Interface for this game.

The development time for this mod is an estimated 4 years or more, depending on how fast we work on it, so it will take a few years of patience and work, and studies and school work 'till Highschool graduation.

Hi Jian.

Good luck with this project. Just a suggestion but it may save you some time and money if you could find a friend in your school who is also passionate about modding. You could then build this project together and it may be a lot more fun. You would also learn more about 3D modding if you and your friend(s) can teach yourselves step by step and give each other tips. Perhaps you can start a "modding club" at school and enlist like-minded game enthusiasts. Of course, always remember that 'modding' should remain a weekend hobby for now and that your school work must always come first :)

Let me know how you go. I am looking forward to seeing this project slowly develope.

Thanks for these advices. Few people are friendly enough in my school and they don't know how to mod, but it's also good, since I have a friend from the city outskirts, a good old friend since 5th grade.

My grandpa is getting worried about his illness so I decided to visit to his house. I slept at his house and it was a good experience, we had a bonfire, telling stories so that he could feel happy. My mom told me that I would go to his house every other week.

I won't have classes tomorrow (Jan. 28) so I'll spend that time wisely for my project and other things.

I also heard of your sickness and you were dizzy. I'm worried but I hope you'll be fine now.

Good Luck to you and have a good time.

Hi Jian.

I am feeling fine now but thanks for your concern. It must have been good for your lolo to have the bonfire and I am sure you cheered him up.

Sounds good about your old friend from 5th grade. Good luck with that!

Have a good week at school and keep up the good grades. Your mama and I are very proud of you.
